um they don't just give answers but they can actually take action make decisions and uh use tools use software to actually do things see the results you know reason make decisions and then move forward so basically the main difference between an a chatbot and AI agent is a chatbot just uh answers your questions and AI agent uh actually takes actions and completes a task hi my name is Demetri p and I'm a content creator agency owner and AI Enthusiast you're listening to the AI agents podcast brought to you by jot form and featuring our very own CEO and founder idin tank this is the show where artificial intelligence meets Innovation productivity and the tools shaping the future of work enjoy the show hi my name is Dmitri hey I'm iin and in this episode of the AI agents podcast we're going to talk about what

even is an AI agent how you doing today today edin I'm doing great uh I had like lots of meetings about uh the AI agents we are building like I had like five hours of meetings and today alone yeah I've been talking about AI agents all day now it's time to talk about what are AI agents hopefully you figured it out hopefully you figured it out by now um it's been been a long day at meetings we we all love that but luckily AI is probably helping you do AI agents are probably helping you and other people at the company do some work because that's what they do AI agents um just to Define them real quick we want to start this off obviously with the episode of what are AI agents um usually normal llms you're just asking questions you know the original chat

gpt3 um 3.5 turbo that kind of level of llm you're asking it things it's responding it's maybe even giving you text output for social media or writing but what it doesn't do is take action and that's what AI agents are they're almost that move towards uh software um individually with different tasks and decisionmaking processes and uh operations and goals in place so you see this a little bit in just the transition that chat GPT has attempted to go through they're they've almost made their llm have some pseudo agent capabilities they added um GPT a little while ago and gpts essentially allowed you to do a lot more like they allowed you to prime it with a bunch of PDF documents and uh pre-emphasized the way that you'd like them to operate and we talked about rag in the last episode and and that's in there

and then they even implemented more capabilities where if you ask it to do something specific it can actually trigger a web hook that could trigger an automation which would be an action so there are some components of this in the llm software that you interact with but we're going to talk more specifically about the different types of AI agents out there because unlike just interacting with an llm they really do more work and are almost their own mini operating softwares based on the Persona and the um I guess setup that you have for the agents prior yeah I mean um if you think about it uh what are AI agents um it's kind of like AI is eting this software like oh we have been talking about this how software has been eating the world and like everything is becoming sofware like every IND industry

is kind of turning into software like you know in the past there were travel agents uh in the past there were all these like when you need to do something like you would actually um kind of like you would go to U different companies to do things uh or like you would do them manually but then um gradually they all became so fair like and uh use software to do things right uh so what's happening is now uh basically the things that you do um with software is now possible uh for AI to kind of take over uh like AI is becoming this um kind of starting to use software to be able to do things basically software and a is becoming uh one when you when you think about agents um so if you compare to adms um LMS are more like uh like

if you compare to like chatbots these are like you know they can answer questions for you and um and then they don't do much right but if you think about AI agents um they still have that power of AI but they also have the power of software so they cannot they don't just do um they don't just give answers but they can actually take action this make decisions and uh use tools use software to actually do things see the results you know reason make decisions and then move forward and um they can work with other human they can they can work with other agents they can work with uh humans and then uh continue like you know um making decisions and going further to until they complete the task so basically the main difference between an a chatbot and an AI agent is is a

chat bar just uh answers your questions um you know and AI agent uh actual takes actions and completes a task yeah yeah I think that that's really important to note because there's so many there's so many different things that can be done with an AI agent that just can't be done with with your general chat uh but like for example I think something clear to note here for those of us familiar with apis is just the fact that your chat bot's just not really going to interact with those apis save um like Google search references or Bing search references the ability to for example the chatbot to if you tell it to if you tell it the fact that you have a task that you need to complete you know it'll go and do the task or even capture the fact that the task exists

and maybe put it in your project management software for later um these are all done through these API web points and or end points I should say that you know the chat Bots just don't simply interact with and this is really really the beauty of it being almost its own software operates um we were talking before the call about how there's a there's a lot of um improvements that we've seen in productivity since the the no code space is evolved and I see a similar sort of revolution in day-to-day work um and busy work being being depleted to be honest um in the workforce because of the fact that these AI agents if you have proper knowledge bases and proper operating systems in your company set up can just do it for you or at least Prime someone to just do it in way less

amount of time so or you could just hire them right or yeah yeah so let's say you are this startup founder you're an entrepreneur you're building your company and uh what happens is that maybe you're good at something but you're not good at everything like you're not good at maybe you know uh making a website for yourself uh doing marketing doing sales like doing customer support right uh when I started the J form I didn't I didn't know many of these things uh but I had to learn all of those things I had to learn how to do those things like um but it's also expensive to hire all these things like if it's hard to you know you need to hire someone to do those things maybe if you need to build a product maybe you need to hire like programmers uh if you

need to build a website you need to hire like designers right but with the agents uh it's like maybe instead of hiring like a full-time employee maybe you're just hiring this AI agent and just using some credits like it's it's not very expensive and you just use it as much as you can afford and this allows you to kind of it democratizes the the world for entrepreneurs so now everyone is everyone is able to become entrepreneurs because now whatever they need they can just go and uh like just kind of like uh like the cloud competing when it came out like uh it was very cheap for the someone starting up it's just you know you can just uh use very small amount of resource even free like uh web servers and then like just as you grow then you you don't have to invest

so much in the beginning like the initial setup cost was much higher uh as opposed to like using cloud like AWS or Google Cloud um but then when you use this cloud Services you could actually just um basically um just hire like hire servers uh whatever amount you need and then because you weren't very big like you didn't use much uh resources you could even use the free PL and just get away with it and the same way maybe when you're just starting out you're going to work with like maybe you know you're going to hire like 10 20 you know 100 AI agents to do things for you and maybe they will also work together to help you and then it it's going to help you you know go higher and higher without actually like making big Investments so I I I feel like

AI agents are great for the world uh and for the future as well yeah yeah I think the this is a interesting uh part to point out um with AI agents I would kind of like to dive into maybe how there are a couple different kinds of ones and then go back into that subject you were just talking about which is really important which is like kind of what are the what are what are the future implications of these right so obviously people have an idea they can do different things I think maybe we give them some ideas of the types of AI agents that exist and then talk about I mean I think that obviously both as entrepreneurs ourselves those implications are huge so we can we can definitely um dive into that but first let's talk about maybe some of the different types

so first of all you know credit to heakin for making the category names um but we're going to go we're going to go with them so first it's going to be collaborative AI agents so this would be um multiple AI agents uh that work together so they have different Specialties and there's one human operating with them um I guess would you like to talk a little bit about what you've seen out there from products I you mentioned uh crew AI beforehand and maybe what some of the implications of these products are I I think that's a great example um so basically the idea is that um AI agents U they all have their own Specialties and uh and they are like you know they have like different proms they have they use different tools and maybe they are made from made by different people or

different companies right but they can work together well uh crew is a great example but um I want to give the example of the air Ops uh so this this company Air Ops is basically building this growth product uh basically it's SE like they're they're basically like when you need to grow your product like you know when you need to create content things like that uh you you need to do lots of things like you know we have a growth Department we have people who do like keyword research who do like content writing who will do like editing and all those things so basically they have like these different agents and so basically One agent can actually um decide on which keywords to focus on to be able to get traffic to your website um and then another asent is kind of doing research about

those keywords like what kind of content should be written and maybe another Asian is kind of doing um the writing and then the another one is like you know editing maybe it's like you want to have human in the loop maybe you wanna you don't want to leave it all to to AI because it just you know you want to put like a personal touch improve it like um uh but basically you know and then publishing that content and then using social media like all those things are kind of because they have all these different AI agents you can actually streamline that process and you can actually make it much easier because AI is like doing many things for you and especially if you don't know how to do one part it's actually taking care of things for you and then in any part you

can actually kind of they have like kind of like a spreadsheet like in interface you can actually see the process and then you can actually dive in and you know uh also you know um manually do some of the things but the great thing is like the whole process automated and you can see how it's going um so um there's also the crew AI agent agents AI um there's a relevance AI so all these tools are allowing you to kind of um combine all these different um uh AI agents together to use them together and um so basically like um the the reason I call this collaborative is because like there are many agents that BR together so the three types of AI agents collaborative Automation and social so in the in the collaborative example uh there's one human that's actually given the job and

the collaborative agents they can be from different companies uh they can be different uh products uh they work together and they maybe they also using like products like they are using SAS products as well and if you like I think like make and um zapier also has the tools to make this process even better uh so yeah yeah I mean the in the collaborative example there's one human and there are multiple agents right and then they work together uh in the automation example uh is like there's one human and there are like multiple agents uh there's actually one human and there's One agent but the agent can actually do the whole thing itself like it can use software it can use tools and just perform the action and the third one is this social uh social AI agents in this example there's actually multiple human

humans uh people and uh there's maybe like one agent and B basically like this agent is doing like customer support sales uh you know uh you know appointment taken all kinds of things but basically uh the first one was the collaborative one and um and when people talk about like Asians like the Asian t uh when they use like Asian TI they're usually talking about the collaborative examples and but um I think all these areas actually has like big potentials uh for growth yeah I agree you know I actually just said some ideas on my own for for what I'm doing regarding these different topics it just it all kind of rushes to you when you hear about the possibilities of this AI um I'm trying to think of some practical ones just to just to speak of a few here um and I want

to take note of the fact that once again the AI agents are built upon knowledge bases and information and if you set them up well they can really help you out so let's let's I think a practical example might be a good be a good one to go through so here somebody who deals with a lot of meetings right um there is definitely a really good Improvement in the AI notetaker space I don't know if you're familiar with AI notet takers um but they they pop in calls they record stuff they're awesome but a lot of these applications actually have um apis and what I just thought about is all these AI agents have you know to most for most examples I've seen Direction you can give them and knowledge you can give them so for example an AI agent that could be really useful

is building a bot that essentially has all of the meeting transcripts piped in you know to their knowledge base and then you can ask questions about what happened in previous meetings and what what different you know for example I run a Content agency what different content needs to be made for this client what different ideas did we discuss on the call rather than having an assistant it could pipe these ideas through to your project management system if you have a good AI agent set up and you're just chatting with it um that's a very practical example I just thought of um and for myself I was like that could be could be a good idea I would actually categorize that as a as an automation AI agent um even though like in the meting there are multiple people there's there's usually like the one owner

or the compan is kind of owning the uh AI agent and uh it's just like you know it's more like one person and then automating the task of tracking the that meeting uh like transcribing that meeting making notes making to the list and um yeah yeah those agents are very common now like you know whenever I go into a meeting I will see one of those agents like faam is grain uh grain um it's fathom grain I use tactic which is a Chrome extension as well but there's a there's like a list of plenty of them and they all they all do different things some of them are video some of them are audio um but yeah yeah I think that's a great example to all like this is a good good time to move into the automate automation AI agents Yeah so basically this

so second type of a agents is automation a agents and these are kind of like you give them a a job like there's one human and there is one agent but the Asian is able to do like many things so you give them a task and then they they perform things to be able to accomplish that task and they go you know until they complete that task um I think the clouds um the computer use the upcoming operator agent uh from chpt oi I think it's going to come out in January um is a good example to that um I think that you know the not taking apps are great examples as well um there's like one example I have heard recently like the in the security space like if you need to get like uh penetration testing done right uh we we hire these

security companies to do those task for us but now the AI agents seems to be doing a much better job at this because they they have like much more uh you know they they they have much more Bandits to be able to try different things and you know they can work 2547 and and do try different things uh to do penetration testing to find out any you know security problems in your website and then report them to you and and they seem to be doing really well as well so how do they do I'm just actually curious because I think people probably want to know how do they do better and like why why even trust the AI right because I think with security obviously most people are going to be a little bit uh touchy feely about whether that does goes well or not

I think it's it's just you know the same person who is actually doing the penetration testing is um I mean they already probably use like scripts and all these tool they already use these tools sure but with AI um I think they like it's still the like you know you hire the company right you hire a white hat hacker company or you know to do those things for you like a security company and then they will they will go and they will test things for you and then they they will report problems to you and you will fix those you know security vulnerabilities and you will you will be able to uh like you know uh say headache in for the future right um so it's a very important task uh but with humans um it just they can be very expensive um they can

be like you know because it's very like you H you have to be really Advanced um level to be able to do those kind of things especially like you know um like especially if your your company is good and like they have been doing security for a long time it's very hard to to find these vulnerabilities but the if the uh so they get more expensive and more expensive you know as you go higher but scale the thing is you know instead of them doing those you know penetration testing uh if they can actually train AI agents and to use the tools they use to do things that day and then so and then when you hire the AI agent it's it's going to be less expensive for you because it's like you're not like really taking that time and it's actually much better for

the penetration tester because they actually has like more bandwidth to be able to do much more work as opposed to like just you know be very expensive but only work for like a you know few companies they can actually work for thousands of companies but be less expensive and uh I think it's it's a good trade-off for everyone uh so yeah yeah very true and I think this is something that um there's a Alex Heros video I don't know do you know you familiar with who that is Alex Heros he's like the he's an acqu he's he runs a portfolio company called AC acquisition. comom he's like a um he's pretty good in um the space he's growing very much um I think what's interesting about his concept of learning could be actually applied to to this AI agent situation something that he did when

he was an entrepreneur early on was you'd actually hire people to show him how to do things so so say he didn't know how to run ads right and you have to be Scrappy as an entrepreneur what he did is he actually found someone who's very proficient at it and it was like how much is your time worth could I watch and you tell me how to set up a campaign why you're doing everything and then he ended up taking that knowledge and went with it now what you can do is you can maybe do the same thing but then take that information that the person told you and train an AI agent on it so then even more so you're doubling down right you're getting proficiency and like smart Knowledge from a person and rather than you trying to replicate it the AI agent

will try to replicate it so it's the Arbitrage is is really high on time moving forward because you have high quality information going into um about that over time we both agree they'll listen to that information better and more precisely as these models get more fine-tuned so um that's just something that crossed my mind I think yeah I I think that's a great idea and it works even better for agencies right in that agency like um teaching everyone like they can actually send the agent like train the agent and instead of like it's kind of like instead of uh providing a service they are actually training that agent that provides a service so basically they actually creating a product almost like they are creating like this software product uh so instead of spending their time like just you know spending two days with this client

spending two this days with this client basically like uh they are spending their time building their agents and then the agent gets better and better and then the clients still get the same service but they are continues to getting better and better so you know in those cases you don't want to actually get that knowledge because that knowledge is going to be old but the a if the agency is constantly improving that uh Asian and um you are going to actually get that uh get the best service um so it it's a similar model to like SAS like you you pay for the software as a service and uh basically like as like I'm a Sal founder and what we spend our time is like how can we improve our Pro product and service yeah um and and then because we are able to focus

on that we can actually make much better product and that's why actually uh fast kind of with the able to beat the traditional like onetime payment software because like in the onetime world you would buy software it was actually it sounded great like you just pay once and you own it right but the problem is two years from now it's like it's already old and then the the software compan is more focused on those initial features as opposed to like keeping existing customers appear and improving the product for those existing customers so the the this path model actually worked much better in the same way maybe in the future asan agencies are actually kind of uh building their as agents and then the agents are serving their customers and then they are focused on improving those agents and I think that's going to be a

great business models uh for for for them as well and for everyone yeah that's true on the iter of iterative nature of SAS um people often ask the question why do I have to pay monthly but the question should be that the question should be why is this what w out in the market um because if it w out in the market that means that's actually what people wanted it's very funny how everyone always says they missed the onetime purchase it's like well if no one bought it it would have kept you know they would have kept it and the same that's how markets work but um that's I think it's a good conversation to go into when it comes to like answering questions and improvements and stuff like that because a lot of Industries and companies have updated websites or information about like how

they operate and the last category of AI agents we want to talk and talk about is um social SL support agents so to speak so these are these are kind of the AI agents that talk on your behalf so at the moment it's pretty much done through text um but there is a wrinkle I want to talk about towards the end of this topic that I think will be interesting but you know you find this in customer support um where if anyone goes on a website now that's set up well especially SAS companies like yourself um a lot of them have intercom implemented or another type of Bot like this and it has all the help documentation that's up to date across the product it has all of anything you can imagine um that is put in the back end to instruct it how to

operate and what it does is it answers questions it sets up tickets it puts them in front of a customer support person if you need to escalate it and what these really do is they take that leg work of answering questions and throw it out the window you know like it's like okay um th this is something that I'm sure you and I both know as as company owners like salary is the most expensive thing like it just is what it is salary is the most expensive thing and this type of just straight up removing roles I think to me is the most clear and off obvious immediate AI impact which is we have a repository of information do we want to have a person answer it because they're going to have to learn it or do you want to upload some files and have

the AI that can answer the question just do it for you and do it probably more accurately um so that's that's what this category kind of puts the market in positionally I I think support is the low hanging fruits yeah but I think it's it's just uh it's not to stop there I think it's just gonna take over anything that involves that um if you're actually talking to a person in a knowledge transfer and helping yeah yeah like um it includes like sales um uh it includes like if you need to like take appointment like you know set up appointments um all all the those kind of things that like if you need to call or like you know talk to some on from the company to find out about products uh like it it can even take over the uh take over instead of

like the web page right so uh today if you need to find out about anything about the product or a company right you go to the website uh or you go to their YouTube and uh find out information about them right but you actually have specific questions you usually have like specific things you really care about and you you want ask those questions but it's really hard to find those questions right but what if um imagine a world where every person every company every organization actually has an AI agents AI agent that can actually answer your questions and it can actually give you good answers and you can reach them right away like instantly like you don't call a phone line wait for 45 minutes and I talk to someone who doesn't know what you're talking about you are actually instantly whatever ever medium you

choose talking to someone it could be a chatbot it could be a you know you could be calling them um you could be you know maybe using like text or Whatsapp or like messenger something else like whatever is easier for you you just start talking to the company the clone of the company or like the you know agent of the company and it knows everything or you know it can actually be multiple agents uh that are specialize in different things like the sales agent customer support agents like pre-sales agents um uh or like you know whatever like you if you need to kind of need to contact someone from the company whatever you need to do like that uh you find the uh you you talk to the agent you get your answers and then you know you can make your decisions it just makes

it much more easier um uh for everyone and that and if you think about it this is not like limited to companies or organizations it can be um like this can be for for like you know um maybe companies or um people who are specialize in something right maybe maybe you don't want to you know uh maybe you're trying to like decide on which vacation to go right um instead of talking to the travel agent right uh or like you know do your own search what if you could actually like talk to talk to an agent that actually is not just like um you know representative of a specific company but it can actually it's actually uh kind of like trip advisor right it's not like true it's not just representing one hotel but it's actually it knows everything about all the hotels and you

can you can go there and you can find out like what's the best best one and then maybe you can just talk to like Trip Advisor agent and then tell Trip Advisor okay this is the kind of vacation I'm looking for like just I want to do those things right you know maybe be at the beach right uh maybe have this like you know full you know uh allinclusive Resort or something like whatever you're looking for you describe what you need and then that the agent actually finds exactly what you need and maybe shows the picture and then you know have to make the decisions uh no has all the reviews and have to make the decisions so it's like I think the the possibilities are uh endless uh basically and um and you know uh the and we call these uh social agents because

uh there are like uh there's usual like um multiple people like these agents are maybe owned by a person or a company but they are talking to many people many customers clients like potential clients uh people and that's why they are kind of Social and we are we jform building one of those things uh J for AG is like uh we've been talking about the about it uh in previous episodes and basically that's the goal like you know replace forms with agents uh give people um all these like different kinds of agents that can actually do many different things uh so they can actually you know give those agents to uh like maybe put them on their website you know create this like phone number so people can call and talk to the agent so I I'm trying to build that feature with yeah yeah

that'd be pretty great um you know I I think I'd probably hearken it back to a very basic concept that's been in like Sci-Fi movies since you know the I mean the'80s I'm sure which is which is essentially being able to talk to some sort of artificial intelligence interface that answers all your questions right and then it talks back and or does stuff Have You Ever Seen um the movie Fahrenheit 51 or are familiar with the book I'm sure okay yeah but there's this there's this like thing called Bixby where I'm pretty sure it's called Bixby where the fireman um just continuously talks to uh the the AI and it's like okay do this for me schedule this appointment um uh tell me this story whatever sort of thing it wants it to do this is where we are actually heading with these AI agents

and most people can see it in like a recent advertisement that Google made for their Google pixel phone where it's showing people asking day-to-day questions like how long do I cook this for um and Etc and instead of it being like the current iteration of uh apples um I don't want to say the name of the SW word of the character because it'll of the AI because it'll it'll pop off with all my devices but pronounced Siri but uh yeah so that AI so to speak AI has essentially just been a very poor iteration of what these things are getting towards where with a proper AI agent it will actually be able to take information from your knowledge base of of your company and respond and I think I can think of a practical way for myself that it would have helped us the other

week I actually I'm self-employed so I I pay for my own insurance in the United States and I called up the insurance company that I work with and it had the most atrocious like robot voice like situation and then I eventually got to a and then I eventually got to a person and the person was definitely somebody offshore and they had a script that they were reading from and I was just like man if I just had an AI agent answer me this dang question and I can trust it because I know it's well trained like I just wanted to know does my plan Auto renew or do I have to do something and sure this paper says so that I got in this packet from the company but I'd like to talk to a person and I would actually be sufficiently fine with a

normal human sounding AI voice telling me so like that would actually that would have actually been fine with me too but it took such a long time to just get it like a 2cond answer and the robo phone that they had or Robo whatever you I don't even know you call those like when they have like press one for X thing it it didn't even hear me correct when I said the words right so I know we have these layers of AI that will be added um to the The Voice portion which I'm excited about I really want the voice portion voice portion to come out cuz some people like me would just prefer it over the text much faster much faster like he could you imagine going on the J form website pressing a button calling it up it's like okay I'm confused with

this form um I'm trying to do this this and this can you check my web page to see what I'm doing wrong and then it could talk back to you the solution that is the world that I want to live in and I think that's where inevitably AI agents will be heading um and I'm I'm excited about it and um you know I've been using the chaty P's uh app which has like a voice mode and it's just so much more FAS just being being able to talk to it uh ask questions and then being able to interrupt in the middle of the sentence and then ask something else to as for it's amazing and uh my kids are like uh they're like 10 and seven and they're you know constantly using that voice mode because it's able to like especially when they're making their

homeworks able to give all the answers uh and then whatever comes to their mind they're able to ask their question it just seems very natural to you and that's why I believe uh it's time for the agents I think uh people are now used to using uh products like chbt and that they now expect all the companies to be able to do what jgpt does they expect to be able to call a company and get the same chpt experience where they can ask for something and get it and um and agent force uh was um I saw the demo couple of months ago fail Force actually announc the agent force and um I I didn't you know go to the conference but I was actually watched it on YouTube and so the agent force demo was amazing um because you know uh they call this

a agent um on the phone okay talk to it and like I think it was like six uh sax Fifth Avenue and then they were able to like talk to it and like just you know maybe uh change the the clothes they bought uh requested to come to this store in San Francisco and be able to do all those things uh just on the phone uh very quickly very clear in a very clear way just like talking to a a person uh and I think people are ready for that people want those things like people are expecting those things now it's just like the technology is not there yet like it's just maybe the technology is there it's not very easy because you know I've been because I've been uh on those five hours of AI agent uh meetings like I know it's how hard

to do those things being able to wor with the llm to get it like like this LMS are kind of this wild beast that you kind of need to tame yeah to be able to like they can go anywhere right uh they can do anything like you just need to be able to tame them them uh to be able to do what you need give them the tools give them to you know actions uh like give them the instructions a lot of people to be able to give those uh tools you know instructions you know actions personals uh to the to the llm so that it actually is usable uh and it doesn't make mistakes it's still making mistakes I think it's it just it's not going to be 100% uh we are not be able to make it 100% and no you know we

are releasing the product in February we are not going to be you know 100% but I feel like people are okay people expect people are used to chap GPT making mistakes providing incorrect answers and they they just correct it and they're very patient with it they're very patient and that's very interesting because I think with a human uh when you're talking to human you don't want to kind of like repeat yourself and it kind of uh makes the other person feel bad like you don't want to make that feel bad just it removes that up your mistakes but with AI people are not afraid to make AI uh you know uh Angry or like blush or something like just because the AI is not real human being uh they don't worry about it they keep repeating uh whatever tough they are trying to do and

they're very patient uh they are more direct and um and people actually you know uh they like to talk to AI agents because um because they are trying to get something done and um they know that if they can kind of State in a way that the AI understand it they are going to reach there so uh they kind of try different ways uh so it's not 100% it's not going to be 100% and no product is going to be 100% but people are okay with uh like 99% so what we are trying to do is like get to that 99% uh by fav so that when we release the job from AI agents like you know uh we have a beat that can actually do like so many things for you and it doesn't fail too much yeah yeah that's the thing about failure

um humans are pretty consistent at making mistakes too um that's something that I think is is funny having a higher level of expectations for the robot would actually be to my to my thought process a little funny cuz it's like oh well it's not going to do it as it I think this keeping up with the standard of your average like B employee is probably what we should go for because um I don't know like there's so many people who make mistakes that I'm aware of at work and any job I've ever been in including myself so it's like ah Perfection is is a goal but never really attainable obviously for humans so um asking the AI to do it that's going to be funny if they ever end up getting 99% honestly 99% for the AI That's pretty dang good cuz most people are

hovering in the just based on averages most people are hovering around 70 so I don't I think it'd be pretty great um but no I'm I'm really excited about this I mean just to double down on on I think probably close out the the subject a little bit as as a as to entrepreneurs maybe we can just nerd out about the possibilities here um I mean what are some things that if you were early on in your business again would you really have liked to have used AI agents for cuz I can think of for myself um cuz you have from my perspective good entrepreneurship is problem solving and working 80 hours a week and if anyone else loves you differently they probably didn't get off the ground so what do you think AI agents would have done to help you be sane a little

bit more during the time of starting your entrepreneurship career yeah um so when you're starting out it's just very tough like you don't know many things uh you don't know many things that you don't know as well um so it's just and it's very hard work but you want to focus on your product uh you want to focus on bringing people to your product uh get them to use your product and you also have all the other things that you still need to take care of um so uh I was I would actually start with that like I would actually make sure that the things that that that I shouldn't be caring care about like I shouldn't be spending my time on are taken care by AI agents by AI by Automation and that would help me like really focus on my product um so

um you know what kind of examples would that be like usually like you know you spend a lot of time with emails right um sure and and I don't know if there is like you know I don't know if there are any you know good products right now but basically I solve this problem by you know my own system automation system where I use lots of thousands of filters and you know um and automations on my Gmail um but basically you know um if an AI agent can actually like sort your email By Priority that by itself is the single biggest thing it can do like just it will save your hours every day uh because you know we get like so many emils especially like you know and you have like a you know small business small company uh when you have customers like

you you get lot of things to take care of and then if you knew like which path is the most highest priority that and if you could just focus on that that will save you like so much time and prevent you from missing out like just uh Missing an important email or something would make a big difference um so I feel like it's it's going to be amazing for entrepreneurs uh in the coming years because just AI is going to take care take care of so much and like you know they're talking about uh like one person companies becoming billion dollar right yeah I feel like I feel like you know I I think that's that's not the point I think the better example is like millions of entrepreneurs becoming millionaires because it's just like with the just by themsel with help of AI and

AI agents uh because they're able to get like so much done and I think that's even better than one person becoming this1 billion dollar uh you know uh startup having millions of startups getting to1 million doar is I think it's a better feature I think we are going to get there because it's just makes sense uh it's just going to be much easier for everyone to do things uh accomplish things get things done with the help of AI agents yeah me too I think I think that's that's a totally fair point like I'm not really concerned about adding more billionaires probably just concerned with more people being able to like achieve what they want to um from an entrepreneurial standpoint I think it it opens the realm for more people to to try different things um I think small business is always good um and

you can probably encourage more of that with this AI uh because a lot of a lot of people have good ideas they may just simply not know how to do very small things that may make or break themselves early in in a career and I know Ai and automation have helped me a ton so I'm very grateful that I've like started my entrepreneurship career during this time frame cuz otherwise I don't think um I don't I think I I'd sleep even less so um just kidding uh that's you know you know how it is how long have you been uh running jat for for uh you know almost two decades it's been over 18 years now yeah yeah and that's um it's amazing that for in just a I mean it is a decent amount of time but in the grand scheme of the Universe

um two decades ago it's not that long and we've gone so far with technology we've went through the whole no code Revolution I mean for me I built my first website on WordPress like manually and then after that no code Builders came out it's it was actually really weird and uh the couple years that I started like basically around 2020 2021 like they started having these like like Elementor on WordPress and then after that websites like Squarespace started to get really big and then even more no code Solutions so we have no code absolutely saving a bunch of people time they look like they can all build really nice custom HTML CSS websites barely anyone can anymore because they don't need to and um what's crazy is then the same thing is going to happen with basic tasks moving forward with these AI agents so

I'm just really excited about it um I think it's going to be an absolute GameChanger for for small businesses and every business owner so I'm I'm I'm excited to try it out this gave me some ideas for for my for my own um company as well because there's there's a lot of there's a lot of things in a day-to-day day-to-day basis I just don't think manual work is required for that I hadn't considered previously but now with AI you know we don't need them yeah it's it's an amazing time uh to be to live uh to experience this to see what's happening with the AI and AI reolution kind of like the next step there yeah the revolution so to speak all right so do you have any other ideas that you want to dive into or I think I think that we covered off

on all our topics yeah uh I have lots of ideas but let's leave some ideas for the next episodes true true true true true yeah that's how that works all right everyone thank you so much for listening to episode two of the AI agents podcast thank you so much for listening and we will see you in the next one thank you everyone see you the next
